ESTABLISHMENT OF 5NO. GREEN HOUSE TO ABCOA DANBATTA
Project Overview
Today, I visited Audu Bako College of Agriculture, Danbatta — one of the oldest agricultural institutions in the country — to inspect the proposed greenhouse and solarization project site under the ACReSAL Kano Project.
The college plays a vital role in promoting climate-smart agriculture and building the capacity of future agricultural experts. Our intervention will not only strengthen their training capacity but also support climate-smart urban agriculture and revenue generation.
I'm impressed by the condition of their existing greenhouse and believe additional infrastructure will enhance learning and productivity. We are committed to delivering a quality project and ensuring that anyone benefiting from agricultural empowerment programs through ACReSAL will receive training and certification from the college before executing their projects.
Together, we are building a more climate-resilient Kano State.
